The 2-day Effective Communication training course in the UK was fantastic. 

The WBS trainer was very competent and motivated and I hope more members of staff will be offered this training course at some point. 

We all communicate at different levels every day and the great real life examples and practical exercises which were all relevant to our business illustrated clearly how we are doing, why we are doing it and what we can do better.

This training course was really useful in helping me improve my communication with customers as well as colleagues locally and at HQ. I would recommend that everybody in the organisation gets this course. I really enjoyed the training and look forward to more training of the same high calibre.
